Charles J. Messina, a partner at the firm, is a commercial litigator and trusted business advisor to many clients.

Accomplished in various aspects of litigation, Mr. Messina has substantial experience handling complex and high stakes contract and commercial disputes, trademark and franchise issues, insurance and employment defense matters, as well as professional liability, TCPA and shareholder derivative actions.

Mr. Messina also serves as outside general counsel to companies. He regularly advises businesses and their executives on a wide range of transactional and employee issues, including real estate companies, produce businesses, commercial landlords, franchisors/franchisees, cannabis businesses, car dealerships and construction companies, among others. He is experienced at the trial and arbitration levels, including AAA arbitration and other forums for alternative dispute resolution.
