Known for his player-first approach, integrity, and deep industry network, Colby provides expert guidance across recruiting, NCAA compliance, the transfer portal, CHL decisions, and professional pathways. A former Director of Scouting for the Dubuque Fighting Saints (USHL), he brings 27+ years of hockey experience and a strong academic background, including a Master of Legal Studies from Northeastern University.
